Out of respect for other clients and service providers we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment (exceptions may be made for true emergencies). If you do not provide 24 hours notice of a cancellation, or if you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the services booked.
